Inspiring Change, Supporting Growth, Instilling Hope

Saadia Faouzi, MFT, PhD

I provide individual and family therapy to children six years and older, adolescents and adults.

My therapy services are client centered, individualized and strength based. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and unconditionally accepting space where you can explore whatever comes up for you. We will address your difficulties using compassion, empathy, understanding and curiosity.

In our sessions, you won’t be left to face long periods of silence to figure it out on your own: if you could do it alone, you would not be coming to see me. In addition to providing reflective listening, I ask questions, help you explore and reflect and I offer options and suggestions.

We will set the goals and therapy agenda together. You will have a road map and tools to re-connect and shift from self-criticism to self-acceptance and self-love.

  • Acculturation Issues
